At Aluya Group, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of service completion to discuss a possible refund or adjustment.

Refunds may be approved at our discretion and will depend on the nature of the service provided. Any approved refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note that refunds do not apply to services that have already been fully rendered, customized projects, or work completed according to the agreed terms.
